G.C. Wine, MPA, NRP has extensive experience in fire, medical, and emergency services, starting as a Fire Fighter/EMT/Crash Rescue with the West Virginia Air National Guard in 1991. G.C. has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including serving as Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Captain, and Assistant Fire Chief in the public sector. G.C. Wine has also worked as a Police Officer/Tactical Paramedic and Reserve Deputy Sheriff. Currently, they are the Director of Fire, Medical, and Life Safety Programs at Discovery Land Company.

G.C. Wine, MPA, NRP completed an AAS in Fire Science/Emergency Medical Services from Northern Virginia Community College in 1991, followed by a BS in Emergency Services Management from James Madison University in 1999. They later pursued a BA in Public Administration from Barry University in 2012, as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the same institution in 2014. Additionally, G.C. Wine obtained the National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 1998.
