Ruben Pareto has extensive experience across various managerial roles, currently serving as First Impressions Coordinator at Discovery Church since June 2018. Previous positions include Manager of Benefits Administration at Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt, as well as Employment Department Supervisor/Business Development Specialist at the Center for Independent Living in Central Florida. Ruben’s early career featured leadership in sales and customer service as Regional Sales Manager/Branch Manager at Hurst Awning Co. and Call Center Manager at both Nextel and Dish Network. Education includes attending Arapahoe Community College and obtaining a License 4-40 in Insurance from Central Insurance School.
