Monika Valentine possesses extensive experience in leadership within the healthcare and occupational medicine sectors. Currently, Monika serves as President of Discovery Medical Services and Professional Psychiatric Services and Vice President of Business Operations at Discovery MD, a role held since November 2021. Prior experience includes Director of Regional and Workers’ Compensation Consulting at The Redwoods Group from February 2018 to November 2021 and Executive CEO at ML Valentine. Monika has a significant background in new business startups, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, P&L management, and marketing. Previous roles involved overseeing occupational medicine clinics and strategic consulting for Rocky Vista University. Monika's educational credentials include an Executive Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and various other certifications in business management and human resources.
