Nicole Servant has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for LeadHunter Services at Eurofins DiscoverX since October 2016, where responsibilities encompass financial, operational, commercial, innovation, and quality components. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Director of Cell-based Screening at Eurofins DiscoverX, focusing on safety panel screening and assay development. Nicole's earlier experience includes roles as Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist, and Scientist at Senomyx, Inc., overseeing high-throughput screening operations, and as Research Scientist II at Givaudan, where cell-based assays for high-throughput screening were established. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Potsdam and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education and Biology from the University of Münster.
