Tiane Aguiar Kondo currently serves as Head of Group Reporting at discoverIE Group plc since March 2022, after holding the position of Group Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager. Previously, Tiane accumulated extensive experience at Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland from July 2012 to February 2022, where roles included Technical Accounting Manager and Statutory Reporting Senior Management Accountant. Key responsibilities included preparing Statutory Accounts, financial modeling for senior management, and providing technical accounting guidance. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate at PwC from July 2007 to September 2011, focusing on IFRS audits and internal controls. Tiane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculdade Santa Helena and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, with additional qualifications from the Association of International Accountants and CRC.
