Paul McCormack is an experienced professional in park management, currently serving as the Director for SC State Parks since July 2018 and as the Regional Chief for the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism since June 1995. In these roles, Paul oversees the resource management and operational aspects of 14 State Parks located in the Sandhills of South Carolina, focusing on management, planning, financial oversight, and employee accountability. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from The Citadel, earned between 1987 and 1991.
