Justin Lofurno, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism since June 2018. Previously, Justin held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Providence Health from August 2007 to December 2017 and was the Human Resources Director at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital from May 1997 to August 2007. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilmington University, earned between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Radford University, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
