Annette Davis has extensive experience in environmental management and education, currently serving in the Finance Department at the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism since September 2014. Prior to this role, Annette was the Executive Director at KEEP NEWBERRY COUNTY BEAUTIFUL from February 2010 to March 2014, where implementation and management of programs focused on recycling, conservation, beautification, and waste management occurred. From September 1999 to March 2014, Annette held the position of District Manager and Education & Outreach Coordinator at the Newberry Soil and Water Conservation District, achieving significant increases in budget support and grant funding, as well as enhancing relations with government and educational institutions. Annette's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Public Service with focuses on Criminal Justice and Human Services from Piedmont Technical College, along with coursework towards a BS in Elementary Education at Newberry College.
