Oscar Arslanian is a seasoned professional in the entertainment and music industries, currently serving as Publisher and Owner of Discover Hollywood Magazine since April 1986. Arslanian has also held the position of Producing Director at the Hollywood Arts Council since 1982, where responsibilities include producing the annual "Charlie" Awards and the Pilgrimage Music Series at Ford Amphitheatre.
