Ting Qian has a strong background in the field of biosciences and sales. They began their career as an Application Scientist at BD Biosciences in 2006 and continued in this role until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Ting worked as a Key Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. They then moved on to become a Territory Account Manager at DiscoveRx from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, Ting held a position at Discover Echo Inc. as a China Sales representative starting in 2017. Overall, Ting has gained extensive experience in the biosciences industry, working in various roles such as scientist and account manager.

Ting Qian's education history begins in 1977 when they attended Nanjing Medical University. They earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in the field of Medicine, completing their studies in 1982. After this, Qian further pursued their academic career at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They enrolled in the Cell Biology and Anatomy program and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 1997.
