Phillip has 22 years’ experience with IT hospital business office solutions. Previously he founded ADS Response Corp in 1999 that automated enrollment in Charity and government assistance programs including Medicaid and won a US patent for this system. This company was sold to Transunion in 2007.

He became President of Discover Claims in 2019 and has overseen tremendous growth in hospital clients recovering written-off and left-for-dead accounts across the country.
