Amalya Robinson is currently serving as the Administrative Team Lead and Account Analyst at Discount Waste, Inc. since June 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of client billing activities and reviewing pending accounts. Prior to this role, Amalya worked at LoadUp from June 2020 to June 2022, holding positions including Loader Sourcing Manager, Customer Resolution Manager, and Logistics Coordinator, focusing on sourcing services, customer support, and logistics operations. Amalya's experience also includes roles as a CX Specialist at RBM of Atlanta and Business Development Specialist at Global Imports BMW and Nalley Lexus Roswell, where customer service, relationship building, and administrative support were key aspects of the roles.
