Gil Gildner has a wide range of experience in digital marketing and business. In 2017, they co-founded Discosloth, a PPC advertising agency that is a Google Ads Partner & Microsoft Ads Partner. In this role, they wrote technical books on digital marketing & business, some of which have been adopted into university courses across the world. In 2016, they were brought on as Director of Special Projects at an online travel company called Airtreks, where they ran projects such as adopting Bitcoin as payment, designed sabbatical-focused travel products, and led content & branding strategies. From 2012-2017, they freelanced as a media producer & marketing specialist, working with NGOs and shooting photojournalism & filmmaking assignments in 25 countries. In 2011, they began their career as a Social Media & Marketing intern at MANA Nutrition, producing video content, running small-scale marketing/fundraising campaigns, and assisting with implementation of marketing strategies.
Gil Gildner attended Harding University from 2008 to 2011 and obtained an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from the Honors College. In 2009, they also attended the Gnomon School of Visual Effects for a 2D Traditional Animation and CGI Production Pipeline course. Additionally, they hold certifications from Google Ads and Microsoft as a Google Partner and Microsoft Ads Partner, respectively.
