Rita Faria has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Rita began their career as an Office Assistant for Vicente Faria Vinhos, Lda, where they were responsible for translating, writing emails and reports about business transactions in a foreign language and managing phone calls. Rita then moved on to become a Front Desk at Miragaia House, where they maintained friendly and professional customer interactions while conducting check-in and checkout procedures, and dealing with enquiries and complaints. In 2017, they joined Farfetch as a Customer Service Sales Specialist, where they handled the first point of contact between client and business for the English line, working with cases from all over the world. Rita Faria completed a Bachelor's degree in Languages and International Relations at the Universidade do Porto from 2013 to 2016.
