Benjamin Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder of Artemis Defense, a company dedicated to creating innovative personal safety devices, since March 2023. Additionally, Benjamin founded Paradigm Capital in January 2022, focusing on early-stage consumer and consumer tech businesses with an emphasis on mission-driven initiatives. Previous leadership roles include Head of Growth at Magic Mind and Founder of Disco, a skincare brand for men, as well as founding two upscale fitness training boutiques. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University, complemented by a Summer Management Program in Business Administration.
