Sharlene Cooper has over 25 years of experience in various leadership and technical roles within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Products at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. since January 2017, Sharlene has held multiple positions including Director and Manager of Agile Product Owners and Business Analysts. Prior to this, Sharlene worked as a Systems Analyst II at Ensco plc and as a Project Manager at NJT, where responsibilities included project management in procurement, customer relations, and sales. Earlier career positions included Manager of Customer Support Center at Global Industries, Technical Support Specialist at Transocean, and various technical support and office management roles.
