Michelle Smith currently serves as the National Director of Strategic Partnerships at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. since April 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cisive from December 2020 to January 2024, where Michelle held the positions of Senior Director of Product Management, acting as a subject matter expert, and Director of Solution Management, where responsibilities included market opportunity identification and analysis. Prior to Cisive, at First Advantage from November 2011 to December 2020, Michelle was a Senior Strategic Solutions Engineer and Director of Strategic Accounts, managing relationships with Fortune 100 and nonprofit clients. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University, earned between July 2004 and August 2009.
