Diana Riis is a Telecommunications Engineer at DISA Global Solutions, Inc. since August 2021, with extensive experience as an IT Network Engineer and IT Telecommunications Administrator at Puffer-Sweiven from 2001 to 2021. During their tenure, Diana successfully migrated eight Siemens phone systems to Cisco CUCM and CUC, providing training for over 350 users and implementing cost-saving measures such as transitioning the faxing solution to the Cloud. Additional responsibilities included managing phone and voicemail changes, developing call flows, integrating an Operator Console for corporate receptionists, and installing call reporting tools. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology from the University of Houston.
