Joey Chan is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Field Operations Manager at Dirty Hands since March 2023, Joey previously held the position of Executive Team Leader for Food and Beverage at Target from October 2022 to March 2023. Joey's extensive experience at Whole Foods Market, spanning from September 2017 to October 2022, included roles such as Grocery Team Leader, Grocery Associate Team Leader, Whole Body Associate Team Leader, and Grocery Buyer. Prior to that, Joey managed Shangri-la Chinese Restaurant for over 21 years. Joey obtained a degree from Wayne State University between 2014 and 2018.
