Keith Holmes has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Keith currently holds the position of Project Director at Diriyah Gate Development Authority since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director, where they were responsible for delivering various projects, including hard and soft landscaping, heritage wall construction, and the implementation of the Smart City strategy.
Before joining Diriyah Gate, Keith worked as a Senior Project Manager at WSP in the Middle East, where they oversaw the delivery of major infrastructure buildings for the Wadi Safar project. Keith managed the procurement and project management processes, collaborating with various stakeholders.
Earlier in their career, Keith held roles at AECOM Arabia, allen international, B+H Architects, Atkins, and BDG MCColl, showcasing their expertise in architecture, project management, and design. Keith successfully led the execution of diverse projects across industries, including healthcare, retail, and institutional sectors.

Keith Holmes received a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Keith later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Architectural Studies from the same university, which they completed in 1996. In 2000, Keith attended the Architects Association in London to obtain an ARB/RIBA Part III degree in Professional Practice and Practical Experience. Prior to their university education, Keith attended George Heriots School in Edinburgh from 1977 to 1990.
