Catherine Bickel is currently serving as a Configuration Manager at DirectViz Solutions, LLC, providing expertise to the CM/SA team. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as an IT Customer Support Technician at EMW, a Communications Specialist at The Orthopaedic Center, and a Customer Experience Associate at Lyft. Additionally, Catherine served as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy.
