Ashley Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley started their career in 2007 with internships at bizSanDiego Magazine and Yale University Press. Ashley then worked as a Production Intern at Johnson Roessler Company in 2008. In 2009, they were a Student Worker at the Yale Alzheimer's Disease Research Unit and also had a role at the Association of Yale Alumni as an Online Services member and later as the Head Reunion Clerk. Ashley joined the Yale University Office of Development in 2007 as an On Site Event Worker. Ashley joined the Directors Guild of America in 2010 and held various positions including Executive Assistant, Theater/Special Event Manager for the Eastern Region, Senior Manager of Theater and Special Events Operations, and Senior Manager of Awards and Special Events. Ashley'smost recent role at the Directors Guild of America is Deputy Director of Awards and Special Events.
