Tara Saitz, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tara started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Recruiting Solutions in 1998 and worked there until 2003. From 2004 to 2008, Tara served as a Branch Manager at the same company, overseeing an $8 million HR Services Provider.

In 2008, Tara joined Fluor Corporation, a FORTUNE 500 company specializing in engineering, procurement, construction, and project management. At Fluor, they held several roles, including Human Resources Specialist, Supervisor of the Talent Acquisition Group, and Manager of Global Recruiting. Their responsibilities included recruiting and hiring for various positions globally, developing staffing plans, and providing support to all Fluor business lines.

After leaving Fluor, Tara worked at DHG Business Support in 2014, where they served as a Recruiting Manager. Tara specialized in recruiting Accounting & Finance and IT professionals for selected industries, working closely with client companies to source qualified candidates and negotiate successful hires.

In 2015, Tara joined McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture as a Recruiter & HR Generalist. Here, they played a role in the collaborative culture, creativity, and innovative design solutions of a premier design firm. In 2019, Tara moved on to Britt, Peters and Associates as the Human Resources professional for a civil and structural engineering company.

Currently, Tara holds the role of Director of People & Culture at Directional Services, Inc., a leading utilities, solar energy, and electrical contracting company. Their expertise and experience in HR and recruitment will contribute to the success of DSI's projects and clients.

Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated their abilities to collaborate with clients, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Tara Saitz, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Before their university studies, they graduated from Greer High School in 1991. Additionally, they hold the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2015. Tara also has the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. However, the specific month and year of obtaining the PHR certification are unspecified.
