Rachel B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President, Center of Excellence at Directional Services, Inc., starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Business Manager at Meta from January 2022 to June 2023. From September 2020 to January 2022, they were a Business Manager at Tesla. Before that, Rachel held various roles at Fluor Corporation, including Cost/Change Management, Senior Manager of Contracts, and Global Operations Coordinator, among others. Rachel also worked as a Sales & Marketing Services Specialist at INVISTA and as the Science Council Financial Director at The University of Texas at Austin.

Rachel B. earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Business from The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2004. Rachel later pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering with Supply Chain Management at Clemson University from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Rachel obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2018, and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from iPEC Coaching in January 2020.
