Abigail Roof has accumulated extensive experience in care management and customer service, currently serving as a Care Manager at Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities since August 2016. Previously, Abigail worked as a Customer Service Representative at FedEx Custom Critical from March 2014 to August 2016 and completed an internship at Crossroads Hospice from August 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included patient visits and administrative support. Earlier, an internship with the Elder Rights department at Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities was undertaken from August 2014 to April 2015, collaborating with Ombudsmen and HOME Choice. Abigail holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Akron (2014-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Walsh University (2009-2013).
