Toni Lim is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Group Engineering Manager at DirectAsia Insurance, Toni successfully leads a cross-functional Scrum team on an agency project, achieving a customer satisfaction level of 99%. Previously, as a Senior Manager at GovTech Singapore, Toni launched six web and mobile product releases and managed significant system migrations to the cloud.
