Darren Chia is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of FP&A at DirectAsia Insurance since October 2021. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Group Finance Manager at GREAT EASTERN from October 2018 to December 2021 and worked as a Senior Analyst at MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd between June 2015 and September 2018. Previous experience includes positions as a Regional Analyst and Credit Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from May 2012 to June 2015, as well as an Operations Executive at OCBC Bank for a brief period in 2011. Darren began a career in finance with an internship at Citibank Singapore in mid-2011. Educational qualifications include a UOL BSc in Banking and Finance from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, both completed between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, Darren attended Catholic Junior College for A-Level studies and Saint Gabriel Secondary School for O-Level qualifications.
