Michaela Stránská is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation leadership and project management. Currently serving as an Innovation Leader at Direct People since April 2020, Michaela drives growth through innovative solutions, managing significant projects such as a finance process development program for Alma Media and a new ERP implementation for LMC. Previously, Michaela held roles as a Senior Innovation Designer and Innovation Designer, where significant contributions included developing customer-centric products and applying Design Thinking principles in collaboration with major financial institutions. Michaela’s experience also encompasses roles at Sidus efekt, Wuestenrot Financial Group, and as a project leader for a university carsharing initiative in partnership with ŠKODA AUTO. Michaela holds dual Master's degrees in Innovation Project Management and International Business/Trade/Commerce from prestigious institutions.
