Adam Winslow currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Direct Line Group since March 2024. Previously, Adam held multiple leadership roles at Aviva from January 2021 to March 2024, including CEO for UK & Ireland General Insurance and CEO of International Markets. Adam also served as a Non-Executive Director for Pool Re from November 2021 to September 2023 and was the Chief Executive Officer of AIG's Global Life business from January 2013 to December 2020, with additional responsibilities in international markets and distribution. Adam's career began with various roles at Allianz Global Investors and BGL Group, with significant achievements in relationship management and operational leadership. Educational qualifications include a BA in History with French from the University of York and advanced management programs from CEDEP and ESCP Business School.
