Katie Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career as a Hairdressing Junior at A'DIVA HAIR DESIGN LIMITED in 2011 and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they held a role as an Information Technology Support professional at Premier Building Products. Following that, they worked as a Barmaid and Waitress at The Oliver Cromwell from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they joined Pico Technology as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2019, they worked as an Independent Sales Contractor at ESM Sydney. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Food, Beverage, and Gaming Attendant at Norton's Irish Pub. Currently, Katie holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Direct IT, where they started in 2021 and later became the Lead Customer Success Manager in 2023.
Katie Williams attended Coventry University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics.
