Frank Castro has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Frank began their career in 1999 as a Project Accounting professional at Structure Tone. From 1999 to 2006, they worked in various roles within the company. In 2006, Frank joined Skanska as a Project/Staff Accountant and remained with the company until 2007. Frank then moved to Hudson Meridian Construction Group, where they served as a Project/Staff Accountant from 2008 to 2009. Frank continued their career at Maersk Oil as an Analyst from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they joined The American Home as an Estimator/Implementation Manager in 2012 and stayed until 2013. In 2014, Frank joined Direct ChassisLink Inc. as a Data Integrity Analyst. Currently, they are working at Bank of America as a Business Analyst since 2017.

Frank Castro attended Potomac College-Washington, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from 2010 to 2012. Frank later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management and International Business, but the start and end years for this degree are unknown.
