Ehab Hamdy is an experienced IT Engineer at DIRAC SYSTEMS S.A.E since July 2016, specializing in system administration for Linux and Microsoft environments, as well as network engineering. Ehab possesses expertise in VMware ESXi, Mikrotik, Pfsense, Sophos UTM Firewall, and XG-home firewall technologies. Prior to this role, Ehab worked in technical support at Sico Electronic from July 2003 to January 2013. Ehab has furthered knowledge through self-education via YouTube Academy.
