Ana Carrera has a diverse professional background with significant experience in political and educational roles. Since July 2015, Ana Carrera has served as Portavoz Psoe Diputación Cadiz and Diputada provincial, also holding the position of Diputada provincial de empleo. Prior to this, Ana Carrera was the Delegada municipal de Turismo, Educación, Formación y Empleo at the Ayuntamiento de Arcos de la Frontera from June 2015 to July 2023. Earlier in their career, from May 2011 to June 2015, Ana Carrera worked as a Maestra at Junta de Andalucía. Ana Carrera holds a Master's degree in Derecho público y estado autonómico for the training of public officials from UNED and a degree in Maestra Educación Física from Universidad de Granada, earned between 2002 and 2005.
