Prior to this role, Gideon was an Employer Branding Intern at Kawan Lama Group from April 2022 to October 2022. Before that, Gideon served as a Human Resources Manager at Pusat Layanan Psikologi UKRIDA from September 2021 to April 2022. Gideon's career started as a Teacher at Mentari Harapan Learning Center from July 2015 to February 2020. Gideon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jobs for Ukrida Freshers in May 2023.
