Jacinda Chan is an experienced freelance investigative journalist with a focus on international politics, human rights, and socio-economic issues. Since July 2008, Jacinda has been contributing to Diplomatic Courier, researching and writing impactful stories on corruption in European Union politics, while also collaborating with Truthout and Peace Data on news analyses and international affairs. Previous roles include communications work for Kamala Harris For The People and freelance journalism for various outlets, where Jacinda has conducted in-depth investigations and interviews. Jacinda holds an MSc in International Criminal Justice from the University of Portsmouth and a BA in rhetoric and political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
