Anastasiia Kazakova serves as a Cyber Diplomacy Knowledge Fellow at DiploFoundation since January 2023. Previously, as a Senior Manager of Public Affairs at Kaspersky from February 2017 to January 2023, Kazakova coordinated global cyber diplomacy projects and managed the Global Transparency Initiative to enhance accountability in cybersecurity. Kazakova played a key role in public policy implementation with a focus on EU government relations and established cooperation with national and supranational bodies. Prior experience includes project management at the Youth Association for a Greater Europe and research assistance at the Higher School of Economics, where Kazakova focused on EU-Russia relations. Anastasiia Kazakova holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in European Studies from the Higher School of Economics.
