Dodi Walker Gross is a retired partner with extensive experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. With a background in legal consulting, Dodi has worked with companies of all sizes on various aspects related to benefit plans, union negotiations, and acquisitions. Prior to starting their own company, Dodi held positions at Reed Smith LLP, Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP, Allegheny International, and Reed Smith LLP. Dodi is also a CLA Accredited Canasta Expert Instructor and Mah Jongg Teacher. They hold a J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Certificate in Employee Benefits from the Institute for Paralegal Training.
