Madison Laurent currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at DION LEE, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Madison Laurent gained extensive experience at Cue Clothing Co., where roles included HR Manager, HR & WHS Consultant, and Health and Safety & Return to Work Advisor from November 2015 to July 2022. Additional experience includes working as the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Administrator at Remondis International GmbH from May 2014 to November 2015, and as an HR Advisor at Thales Australia from October 2011 to June 2014. Madison Laurent holds a Graduate Diploma of Human Resources Management from the Australian College of Commerce and Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Macquarie University, as well as a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety from First Choice Training.
