Adriana Tello has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adriana currently serves as the Regional Director of Religious Education at The Diocese of Rockford, where they empower and mentors catechetical leaders to effectively manage their programs. Prior to this, they worked as the Family Faith Formation Coordinator at The Church of Holy Apostles, where they collaborated on program planning and translated materials for the Spanish-speaking community. Adriana also has entrepreneurial experience as the President/CEO of Terra Scape Landscape & Design, Inc, where they created unique landscapes and prioritized customer satisfaction. Adriana began their career in the insurance industry, working as an Insurance Agent at both State Farm and Allstate.

Adriana Tello began their education history in 1984 at McHenry East Campus where they studied for four years. From 1994 to 1996, they attended McHenry County College and pursued an Associates of Science degree. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1996 to 1998, specializing in the field of Architecture. Adriana Tello also obtained a certification in Ministry Formation from The Diocese of Rockford in November 2019.
