Linda Cohen, JD, MHCDS, is a Partner at Dinse, P.C., where since September 2006, expertise has focused on health law, representing providers of health care services to ensure compliance with regulations and address reimbursement issues. Prior to this, Linda Cohen served as a Partner at Cozen O'Connor, specializing in health law and commercial litigation from August 1997 to March 2006. Additionally, Linda Cohen held the position of Assistant Counsel at the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law (1992), a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania (1988), and a Master's in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College (2016).
