Leland Avellino is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Chef at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Leland previously held the position of Executive Chef and Partner at Damon's Tavern from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that role, Leland was the Executive Chef at V Restaurant and Wine Bar from 2003 to 2006.
