Eleonora Cuenca has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Eleonora currently works as the HR Director - CTPO at DinoCloud since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Leader - HRBP SR at Accion Point from January 2022 to September 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a People Manager IT at ESolutions S.A., where they handled recruitment, development, and internal climate. Eleonora also worked as an independent consultant in HR, specializing in staffing and talent management from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Eleonora worked as the HR Head at Deep Vision - Computer Vision software from 2017 to 2018, where they advised the management team on team formation, performance management, and HR processes. Previously, they worked as a Supervisor of HR at MercadoLibre.com from 2015 to 2016, overseeing the expansion of their development center and leading recruitment strategies. Eleonora also has experience as a responsible for HR at DICSYS from 2013 to 2015, a Generalist of HR and Coordinator of Training at Grupo Prominente from 2010 to 2013, and as a Responsible for Training and HR Analyst at Vates from 2006 to 2010. Eleonora also started their career at Apex America in 2006 as a Loyalty CTI.

Eleonora Cuenca obtained a Licenciatura degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba between 1999 and 2006.
