Eddie Fahmy has been working in the restaurant industry since 2009 when they began as President of A2z Restaurant Consulting. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dinevite. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Business Consultant at A2z Business Consulting.

Eddie Fahmy attended Brooklyn College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
