Pablo Alvarez is an experienced professional in the fields of Business Intelligence and Database Marketing, currently serving as Jefe de Desarrollo de Business Intelligence at Diners Club del Ecuador since March 2012. Previously, Pablo held the position of Jefe de Database Marketing at ICESA S.A., overseeing a team of 20 teleoperators, a supervisor, and two systems analysts. Pablo has also contributed to academia as a Profesor Especialista in Business Intelligence at UNIVERSIDAD INTERNACIONAL SEK and held analytical roles at UNIBANCO S.A. covering Database Marketing and risk analysis. Pablo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Systems Management from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE, a diploma in Data Mining from Universidad Iberoamericana, and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution.
