Fabricio Mancheno Salinas has extensive experience in risk management and operational leadership within the banking sector. Currently serving as Jefe Regional Oficinas at Diners Club del Ecuador since December 2019, Fabricio previously held the position of Jefe Riesgo Operacional at Banco Bolivariano from October 2018 to December 2019. Fabricio's career at Banco Bolivariano began in May 2012 as an Analista Junior Riesgo Operativo, progressing to Analista Senior Riesgo Operativo y Continuidad Negocio, where responsibilities included coordinating activities as per departmental plans and promoting a robust understanding of risk methodologies and policies. An academic background includes a degree in Commercial and Business Engineering with a focus on international business from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, completed between 2005 and 2010.
