Annie Michaels Liao is a seasoned organizational development professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Organizational Development at Dine Brands Global since January 2019, Annie develops strategic roadmaps for the Operations and Training departments. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, where curriculum strategy and instructional design for IHOP were managed, and various instructional design positions, including building multimedia training modules and educational materials. Annie contributed to the ATD Los Angeles Board of Directors, enhancing networking and professional development in the Learning & Development field. Prior positions include Los Angeles Program Manager at Together & Free, Director of Educational Outreach at MakerGear LLC, and Brand Manager at InterVarsity Press. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster and a Master of Arts degree from Wheaton College.
