Marc Lacroix has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marc currently serves as the Chief Operating and Risks Officer at Dimpl since September 2021. Marc Lacroix has a diverse education history. In 2002-2005, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec, specializing in Diplôme Supelec. Following that, in 2014-2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris, where they focused on Finance, Strategy, Marketing, and Digital Transformation. In the same year, they also completed an Executive Education program at HEC Paris, majoring in Digital Transformation.

Marc obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, as well as certifications in operational excellence foundations, six sigma foundations, learning Minitab, operational excellence work-out and Kaizen facilitator, project management foundations, statistics foundations, and lean six sigma tools. These certifications were acquired through platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera Course Certificates, and the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. The certifications span from 2013 to 2021, with the most recent being completed in April 2021.
