Marc Lacroix has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marc currently serves as the Chief Operating and Risks Officer at Dimpl since September 2021. Before that, they worked at Exton Consulting part of Accenture from January 2019 to September 2021 as a Director/Principal in Strategy and Management Consulting with a focus on financial services. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager in Strategy and Management Consulting at Exton Consulting from 2017 to 2019, specializing in banking projects and programs. Marc also worked as a Manager in Strategy and Management Consulting at Deloitte from 2014 to 2017, handling various topics and industries. Additionally, they held roles at BNP Paribas as a Project Manager in risk and regulatory from September 2013 onwards, and as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Cost Project Manager at Groupe Renault from 2005 to 2008 and completed an internship at Renault SA in Paris in 2005.

Marc Lacroix has a diverse education history. In 2002-2005, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec, specializing in Diplôme Supelec. Following that, in 2014-2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris, where they focused on Finance, Strategy, Marketing, and Digital Transformation. In the same year, they also completed an Executive Education program at HEC Paris, majoring in Digital Transformation.

In terms of additional certifications, Marc has completed various courses and programs. Marc obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, as well as certifications in operational excellence foundations, six sigma foundations, learning Minitab, operational excellence work-out and Kaizen facilitator, project management foundations, statistics foundations, and lean six sigma tools. These certifications were acquired through platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera Course Certificates, and the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. The certifications span from 2013 to 2021, with the most recent being completed in April 2021.
