Samson Sun has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Samson started their career at Master Concept Group in 2017 as a Product Consultant and worked there until 2020. In this role, they provided product consultation services.
In 2020, Samson joined Klook as a User Experience Specialist. Samson worked in this role for a year, focusing on improving user experience.
After their time at Klook, Samson moved on to working at a company called DimOrder. Samson initially served as a Business Account Manager from March 2021 to February 2022. After that, they were promoted to the position of Senior Account Manager, where they continued to manage key accounts.
Currently, Samson is working at Master Concept Group again, this time as a Customer Success Manager. Samson started in May 2023 and is currently in this role.
Samson Sun completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Business Communication from City University of Hong Kong, covering the field of Business/Corporate Communications. Additionally, they obtained a G Suite Certification from Google Cloud | G Suite in May 2019.
