Michael Wagner has a significant background in logistics and service operations. Michael served as the President and later as the VP of Global Operations at Diversified International Service Logistics (DSL), where they oversaw the company's global network for warehouse management, remote depot operations, and RMA/reverse logistics/order fulfillment support. Prior to that, they were the Director of Field Service at Nautilus, Inc. and held various roles at ADP, including Director of Hardware Support & Distribution Management, Logistics Director & General Manager, and Manager of Hardware Engineering & Services. In these positions, they implemented processes to improve product life cycle management, reduce inventory risk, and enhance service delivery capabilities to customers.
Michael Wagner attended Macomb Community College from 1976 to 1978, where they did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. In 1978, they briefly studied Computer Science at CDI.
