Tavano Rafael is an experienced commercial director currently serving as Diretor Comercial at DIMEP since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company goals. Rafael previously held the position of Diretor Comercial Operacional, overseeing operational functions and implementing key procedures within DIMEP. Prior to this, Rafael served as Gerente de Negócios - Filiais, focusing on sales and post-sales service excellence. With a career spanning from 1999 in the apparel industry at STAROUP S/A, where managerial responsibilities included sales department oversight and team coordination, Rafael has a robust background in sales management. Educationally, Rafael completed an MBA in Gestão Empresarial at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and is pursuing additional studies at Harvard Online. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and has completed courses in English language teaching.
